Maintenance Planning

I & C Systems Engineering (ICS) has extensive experience in plant maintenance systems design. We understand that efficient maintenance systems will increase productivity, uptime and cut operating cost. We have designed and developed electrical and instrumentation databases that include drawing cross references, calibration procedures, spare parts, device tagging, and planned maintenance schedules. We also understand the value of an accurate process, electrical and instrumentation documentation, and an effective drawing management system. We have developed a comprehensive drawing database for a large paper mill in southern Maine that incorporates AutoCAD drawings, manual drawings, machine manuals, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) documentation.
